Sean Dyche played down his tunnel bust-up with Jurgen Klopp after seeing his Burnley side win 1-0 at Anfield on Thursday night.
Ashley Barnes’ second-half penalty handed the Clarets a shock win, to put another dent in Liverpool ’s hopes of retaining their Premier League title.
It was the Reds’ first home defeat in the Premier League in almost four years. And at half-time, the two managers were involved inn their own fracas, as angry words were exchanged in the tunnel area.
Klopp made his customary dash towards the tunnel as the half-time whistle was blown, but an on-field incident involving Fabinho and Barnes stopped the German in his tracks.
