Jurgen Klopp insists the decision to sign new players is out of his hands following Liverpool's defeat by relegation-threatened Burnley.
The Reds are on a very poor run of form by their usual high standards and haven't won in the Premier League since December 19.
Liverpool, who drew 0-0 with Manchester United on the weekend, were expected to bounce back at home against Burnley on Thursday night.
But it was Sean Dyche's Clarets who came out on top against Klopp's side. Liverpool have struggled with injuries this season, and Klopp was asked whether he will now look to bring in new signings to help turn things around.
