Students at a school had to abruptly cancel their swimming session after they spotted a wild alligator lurking at the bottom of the swimming pool.
The pupils at Montverde Academy in Florida, USA, were all set for a session on Friday (March 11) when someone spotted the three-foot long gator in the deep end.
The authorities had to be called to the scene and successfully managed to remove the reptile from the water. Deputy Brownsberger and Deputy Faust were able to use a safety hook to remove the animal from the water and proceeded to put tape around its mouth.
