David Robert Joseph Beckham OBE (born 2 May 1975) is an English former professional footballer, the current president of Inter Miami CF and co-owner of Salford City. He played for Manchester United, Preston North End, Real Madrid, Milan, LA Galaxy, Paris Saint-Germain and the England national team, for which he held the appearance record for an outfield player until 2016. He is the first English player to win league titles in four countries: England, Spain, the United States and France. He retired in May 2013 after a 20-year career, during which he won 19 major trophies.

Euro 2020, played with the ex-Tottenham midfielder at Blackburn Rovers after the Englishman had moved from Arsenal.Bentley showed incredible potential at Arsenal and then Ewood Park but struggled to fulfil expectations after moving to Spurs.He retired in 2014 at just 29-years-old, saying he had "fallen out of love with the game" in a teary interview.But Savage, whose career also included the likes of Birmingham City and Leicester City, reckons the starlet could have reached the dizzying heights of England legend David Beckham.Savage told Daily Star Sport: "David Bentley was unbelievable."He retired early, played for England and had a big move to Spurs.
