Rio Ferdinand believes Manchester United have a tough time finding a new manager that will take them to the top - with no "Pep Guardiola" like figure out there.The Red Devils are drafting up a shortlist of potential new coaches with several on their wish list.
Among them include Erik ten Hag of Ajax, Paris Saint-Germain's Mauricio Pochettino and Sevilla boss Julen Lopetegui.Ralf Rangnick took the job after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked in November but the German coach has only been brought in on an interim basis.
He will move upstairs in a consultancy role at the end of the season. United have a massive decision on their hands this summer with the club desperate to return to winning ways, a scenario not present since the days of Sir Alex Ferguson.
