Rio Ferdinand has singled out a problem that caused Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to be sacked as one that is still haunting Manchester United.

And after the match, Ferdinand explained the identity crisis that means Rangnick's side are struggling on the pitch, months on from Solskjaer's sacking.
