Rio Ferdinand has singled out a problem that caused Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to be sacked as one that is still haunting Manchester United.

United disappointed in the early kick off on Saturday, losing 1-0 to Everton as an Anthony Gordon deflected strike proved decisive.
