Sign up to the weekly West Lothian Courier newsletter for the latest West Lothian news and sport.A team of girls from a West Lothian school have triumphed at the Tomorrow’s Engineers Week Big Quiz.Designed to introduce students aged 11 to 16 to a career in engineering and written in collaboration with many of the professional engineering institutions, more than 28,500 young people from over 1,400 schools across the UK took part.And £1,000 STEM equipment vouchers have been awarded to Bathgate Academy, which had the highest average score for students taking part.The Quiz was part of Tomorrow’s Engineers Week, now in its eighth year, which has seen engineering institutions, employers and schools coming together to deliver inspiring activity to.
