Three people were killed and three more and still in hospital following the atrocity at Forbury Gardens, in Reading, Berkshire.Police confirmed on Sunday morning that they are treating it as a terrorist incident – with a Libyan man arrested.Footage from the scene showed people covered in blood as they lay in the grass, and witnesses told the Mirror Online they saw people being stabbed.One witness who escaped the attacker claims he heard the man shouting "unintelligible words" before he began his frenzied attack.Another witness, Dan, 26, said he saw a man running around a circle of people "tapping" them and at first thought they were playing a game – before he saw blood.Dan, a local, described how he and his friends had chosen a spot to sit.
