Arsenal are reportedly preparing to table a £25million bid to bring Ajax star Quincy Promes to the Emirates Stadium. The news comes after Alexandre Lacazette has been linked with a departure from the Gunners, with Juventus believed to be interested in the Frenchman.
Should Lacazette leave Arsenal, manager Mikel Arteta will be light of options in attack and the Spaniard is identifying potential recruits.
Promes, a seasoned Netherlands international who is able to operate on either flank, is one such target and would give Arteta more experience and quality in attack.
