Sinaloa Cartel (CDS) has forced hitmen to walk naked through the streets after they are said to have betrayed El Chapo's children.Three hitmen were spotted walking through the streets for allegedly betraying the children of notorious Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzmán, the former Mexican drug lord currently serving life in prison. While the hitmen were stripped entirely of clothing, they had a message to carry through the streets on a placard which read "That happens to me through Chapulín".The trio were flanked by an armed commando aboard a vehicle which followed them through the streets of Sinaloa, Mexico.

Although the video alleges that the trio had betrayed the children of El Chapo, it is not clear as to whether or not the hitmen had gone on to join another criminal group or remain members of the dangerous Sinaloa Cartel.

Reports from LAOpinion allege that the cartel itself leaked the now viral video, which sees the three men forced through the streets of Guasave.

According to Mexican media, the location and whereabouts of the three naked men paraded through the streets is currently unknown.Cartel traitors are said to be known as "chapulines" after betraying the organisation or crime family. The three sons of El Chapo are said to have taken over the crime business since their father's third arrest in 2016, with Guzmán not expected to receive any release from prison.Chapo has twice escaped from prison and been arrested three times, first escaping in 2001 and then a second time in 2014 after a 13-year manhunt ensued.A second manhunt in 2016 marked the third time law enforcement officers had captured the notorious drugs kingpin.Daily Star reported that the wife of El Chapo, Emma Coronel Aispuro, had been sentenced to three years.
