A custody sergeant 'lost control' while detaining a vulnerable Bolton woman who later died, an investigation has found. LancsLive reports that a police disciplinary panel has reached a finding of gross misconduct against Jason Marsden, following the death of former Canon Slade pupil Kelly Hartigan-Burns.
