Sir John Saunders, the inquiry's chairman, said there were 'concerns about the programme on the part of the bereaved families because of the effect on them of that broadcast taking place'.
Kyle Gordon said he shouldn't have got involved in it and described agreeing to be interviewed as an 'error of judgement on my part' that he 'would not do again'.
