Piers Morgan mocked Boris Johnson on Good Morning Britain on Monday, as he took aim at the Prime Minister over the latest "fiasco" with the coronavirus Track and Trace system.
A technical glitch meant almost 16,000 positive Covid-19 cases were missed, it has been confirmed. As a result, the contacts of those people were not informed or traced despite coming into contact with someone with the virus.
Piers called the latest incident a "farce" before mocking Boris over his recent suggestion, that the public should "act fearlessly" amid the pandemic.
The host brought up the time the Prime Minister "hid in a fridge" on the show, amid government ministers "boycotting" the ITV show.
