Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Things got heated between Good Morning Britain presenters Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid today. The GMB hosts were seen getting in an explosive argument over fat-shaming on the ITV show.
As controversial as ever, Piers, 54, said he think people who are overweight should be called out on it. However, Susanna, 49, didn't have the same view.
Piers exclaimed: "You know what, if you're fat, unless you have a thyroid problem or a medical issue which makes you overweight, which is different...
If you're perfectly normal but you eat too much and you drink too much and you balloon in weight, actually you know what, you need someone to go 'Hey chunky, loose a bit', I know I do." However Susanna told Piers comments like that "weren't helpful".
