The Good Morning Britain host, 55, was at a book launch in New York in 2013 when he met Maxwell, who is accused of helping Jeffrey Epstein "identify, befriend and groom" girls, including one as young as 14.
Pictures of the pair at the event have been widely published since Maxwell's arrest earlier this month. Morgan has now spoken out about his meeting with the socialite, 58, revealing she "laid on the charm with a trowel" as she mingled with guests at the showbiz party.
