Kay Burley is spending her six month break from Sky News screens giving back to the community. The broadcaster agreed to take absence from her role as a leading anchor on the rolling news station back in December for breaching Covid guidelines.

Kay was named and shamed publicly when she broke the rule of six to celebrate her 60th birthday in a group of ten in a Soho restaurant.
