Sky News reporter Inzamam Rashid has opened up about his terrifying battle with coronavirus. The journalist said the deadly virus ripped through his family over Christmas and what happened next he 'wouldn't wish on his worst enemy'.

Rashid, who believes he has had the virus before, explained how he was left in total agony and gasping for breath within days of testing positive.

As well as the physical trauma, Rashid told his Twitter followers he suffered with 'horrible' hallucinations as illness took over that made him feel as though he had 'no control' over his mind.

Rashid and his father were eventually both taken to hospital where they were put on oxygen in separate rooms 'unable to see each other or move a muscle' - and were even forced
