The newest season of Stand Up to Cancer Bake off is due to air tonight with 19 celebs joining together under the familiar white tent.

If you're wondering what's coming up on the TV schedule this week, Tuesday is set to be a busy evening across the broadcasting channels with something to watch for everyone. There's a couple of new shows joining the line-up but a few programmes will also be concluding. Radio 1’s Big Weekend has added more artists to the line-up for its 2022 edition.Appearing on the main stage at the Coventry event on Sunday, May 29 will be Lorde, George Ezra, Dermot Kennedy, Mabel, Becky Hill and Jax Jones.It’s also been revealed that Sam Fender, Easy Life, Fontaines D.C., Sigrid, KSI, Mimi Webb and Tom Grennan are set to play on the Future Sounds stage on the Saturday (May 28).The new names follow the news that the likes of Ed Sheeran, Yungblud Calvin Harris and AJ Tracey will perform at Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2022.Confirming the latest additions today (March 16), Radio 1 said that “more huge names” for the festival are yet to be announced.

The Great British Bake Off celebrity edition is back for 2022, with 20 celebrities set to enter the tent later this month in an attempt to impress the judges with their baking skills. Kicking off on Tuesday March 22, each of the charity series’ episodes will see four celebs go head to head in hopes of winning the coveted ‘Star Baker’ title.The celebrity special, which is running in support of Stand Up To Cancer, will start next week, with presenters Emma Willis and Clara Amfo, actor Blake Harrison and Taskmaster star Alex Horne set to star in the first episode.

BRIT Awards 2022 attracted its lowest audience ever in overnight figures when it was broadcast on Tuesday (February 8).According to figures published by Broadcast, ITV pulled in 2.7 million viewers during the show, which spanned two-and-a-half-hours from 8pm.While this is the lowest in the show’s history, a drop from 2.9 million viewers for 2021’s event, this figure doesn’t count viewers around the world who streamed it digitally on YouTube or catch-up service ITV Hub.The show also went up against BBC drama This Is Going To Hurt starring Ben Whishaw,  which attracted a bigger audience of 3.2 million viewers in overnight ratings.This year’s BRIT Awards featured performances from Adele, Ed Sheeran, Little Simz, Dave, Liam Gallagher and Sam Fender – along with a surprise appearance from Bring Me The Horizon.Adele was the big winner on the night, taking three awards including the coveted Album Of The Year for her fourth LP ‘30’.
