Now, in an interview with VICE on their 10 Questions series, the doctor addressed some common queries about “pickle” surgery, and lifted the lid on the biggest phallus he had seen. “Over the last decade we’ve seen big, small, long, thin, thick, short big head, little head, various proportions… I think the range of normal is really quite large, and that’s reassuring to many guys as well,” he stressed.Edward explained this meant that while men had been sold the idea they needed to be “6 to 8 inches long”, the average flaccid size is only roughly “4 inches” long.

However, when addressing the question of the biggest penis he’d ever seen, the surgeon admitted that it was much bigger than the norm. “Probably the largest one around, at this point has a girth of about 8 and a half inches, that’s a lot around,” he said.

Without surgery, Edward stressed that there is little that can be done about penis size, which he claimed is a genetic trait, and determined by growth in the womb.
