Greggs worker has described the type of things awkward customers will moan about – including how much stuff costs. Ellie Thomas, who is studying at Birmingham University, says she will "forever love Greggs" but does get fed up with some of the more difficult customers from time to time.In a TikTok video posted on her @elliethomas544 page, she shares some of the most frequent complaints.

First up, is ordering a huge amount of food then whinging about how much money it costs.Another bugbear is customers "paying for massive orders with literal pennies" and complaining about steak bakes not being reheated.In a comment beneath the video, Ellie explained: "It would also be a health hazard to reheat meat!" She also revealed builders all order the same thing, typically something like: "Hiya Luv, can we order ten sausage and bacon baguettes and ten cappuccinos?"Customers will also moan about queues and tell Ellie the bakery should have more staff.Another challenge for her is starting work at 4:30am – which means getting up much earlier.The TikTok video was watched thousands of times and many Greggs workers joined the debate in the comments.One said: "I used to work in Greggs and I can agree with ALL of this."A second argued: "Nah the worst one is 'Can I just have a coffee?'
