Former Manchester United favourite Patrice Evra has opened up on his difficult childhood growing up on the streets of Paris.
Although Evra is now known as a famous face in football, having earned 81 caps for France, and won five Premier Leagues plus a Champions League crown with Sir Alex Ferguson's United, he had a tough start to life.
After being born in Senegal, Evra's family moved to France when he was a child and he's revealed there were occasions when he had to beg for money in Paris.
He eventually got his break through football, initially playing for Les Ulis, then a short time in the PSG academy, before playing in the Italian lower leagues.
