The Brazilian playmaker is on loan at Bayern Munich but looks set to leave the Nou Camp again this summer after struggling following his big-money move from Liverpool in 2018.
Coutinho cost Barcelona £140million just over two years ago but hasn't adapted to life in Spain as well as he might have expected.
Hargreaves believes the Brazilian would make a fantastic addition for any Premier League side, including his former club, and admitted he's a big admirer of the midfielder. "I love his game, I love him as a player.
