Barcelona are reportedly considering a change of plan over Philippe Coutinho in a bid to avoid paying Liverpool an extra £17million.
Coutinho has been linked with a return to the Premier League this summer, with Chelsea, Tottenham, Everton and Newcastle all reportedly interested in the former Liverpool star.
However, no team has yet indicated they would be prepared to meet Barcelona's asking price of around £70m, according to reports from Spain.
And with Bayern Munich not taking up the option to sign him permanently after taking him on loan this season, the attacking midfielder looks set to be heading back to Barca.
