Notting Hill Carnival is back - and there are extra events to raise charity cash

The organisers of Notting Hill Carnival announced official fundraising events to raise funds to bring the Carnival back in 2022 and beyond.

The series of events - which is happening throughout August - will raise money for the Carnival Trust Fund. Notting Hill Carnival was cancelled in 2020 and this year due to the coronavirus pandemic and regulations.

From 19 to 21 August, there will be Carnival Culture In The Park, three live ticketed shows at Opera Holland Park. It will be a celebration with both traditional and contemporary Caribbean musicians, along with traditional opera.
