British restaurant workers are pleading with customers for "no more no shows" after thousands of tables failed to turn up to their booking.
Bosses at a gin bar and restaurant in Edinburgh appealed to its customers after more than 100 slots were missed in just ten days.
The 56 North Scottish venue took to social media last night to show their support for the 'No More No Shows' campaign which encourages groups to officially cancel bookings they cannot attend.
Staff reopened the restaurant last week for the first time since lockdown and introduced a booking system to manage its high demand.
