Kieran Tierney had the talent to succeed when he moved to Arsenal for £25million last summer. His defensive skills and his tenacity are excellent but he's equally adept going forward and can provide wicked balls into the box.
It's typical for Scotland that Steve Clarke's best two players play in the same position with Andy Robertson arguably the best in the world at left back.
But Tierney's injury problems hampered his final season at Celtic and it looked like they would continue in his Arsenal career with just 12 first team appearances by the time the country had gone into lockdown back in March.
