Nicki Chapman spoke of how grateful she is to be living a full and happy life two years after her brain tumour surgery. The Escape to the Country presenter marked the second anniversary of the life-saving operation at the weekend.

Posing up for a stunning picture with a beautiful country landscape behind her, the 54-year-old penned: "Grateful "2 years ago today I had surgery for my benign brain tumour.
