Newcastle are ready to smash their transfer record to sign Alexander Isak from Real Sociedad who has previously been linked to their Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester United.
The 6ft 4in forward has managed 44 goals for his La Liga side since leaving Borussia Dortmund back in 2019 - scoring once across his two domestic outings this season.
