Newcastle United target Dele Alli has been left of the Tottenham Hotspur squad to face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.Alli has made just six appearances for the club since Antonio Conte took charge back in November and he will not be adding to this tally this weekend.The former England international has been increasingly linked with a move to St.
