Manchester City are heading into a crucial period in the race for the Premier League title. Following the winter break, Pep Guardiola's side will be heading into a month of difficult games which includes the Manchester derby.
A draw away at Southampton, coupled with Liverpool's victory at Crystal Palace and Chelsea's triumph over Tottenham, before the current break means that the title race is far from over.
With that in mind, MEN Sport has taken a look at the next six fixtures for all three of the title hopefuls to see how it is shaping up going into the back straight of the season.
Guardiola's men start February with two games which look winnable on paper against Brentford and Norwich. Dean Smith's Canaries have enjoyed somewhat of a resurgence just before the winter break while Thomas Frank's Brentford showed City not too long ago that they are no pushovers.
