The £300m takeover of Newcastle United is reportedly in jeopardy after the World Trade Organisation ruled Saudi Arabia is behind a streaming service that offers illegal access to sporting events.
The Guardian report the 130-page report won't be out in full until mid-June but the independent ruling firmly establishes that the country's government is behind beoutQ.
The service has faced legal action from FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, La Liga and others in the past. And it has been revealed that the Premier League made submissions against Saudi Arabia as part of the legal process after receiving the WTO report.
This now leaves the sanctioning of the takeover hanging in the balance, with fans on Tyneside desperate for a definitive decision
