Yasir Al-Rumayyan discusses Saudi PiF 'efficiency' amid £300m Newcastle takeover

dailystar.co.ukYasir Al-Rumayyan, the Governor of the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund, has discussed how the country's PiF has remained efficient during the coronavirus pandemic.
The PiF has already invested in a $713.7 million stake in Boeing, $495.8m holding in Disney and $521.9m in Facebook stock since the start of the year, and are behind the potential £300m change of ownership at Newcastle United.
The wealth fund will acquire 80 per cent of the club should the takeover pass the Premier League's owners' and directors' test, with Al-Rumayyan set to be named chairman of the Magpies upon completion.
