Police officers arrested two women after a drowned baby was found in a plastic storage container. Officers made the grim discovery after three children aged between two and four were discovered wandering the streets of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
The children were taken home by the Brevard County police officers who found Tanya Galvin asleep. The 41-year-old allegedly told police officers she did not know where the children were.
She said she had assumed they were with their foster mother Ricky Tubs, 25, who she blamed for leaving the children unsupervised.
According to deputies who were at the home, the youngest child "smelled of urine". While the officers were looking for a nappy they found a naked baby boy.
