But like hundreds of other couples the pair, who have been together seven years, have now been forced to cancel their wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic.
But instead of just letting what should have been their wedding day pass quietly, they decided to make sure it was still a day to remember.
Jennifer, 36, from Romford, told Mirror Online: "When I first came up with the idea my husband thought I had gone mad. "We were absolutely devastated, it's something we've been planning for three years.
