New Year’s Eve party after a cocaine-fuelled row.Hannah Sindrey was found guilty of murdering Paul Fletcher, 31, at her flat in Essex early in the morning of New Year's Day in 2021.The 24-year-old, whose two kids were in the property at the time, was seen waving a kitchen knife in an aggressive manner, a witness told Basildon Crown Court. She yelled from her dock: “F*** him.

That's what I think. F*** him. I don't give a f***. F***ed off.”Mr Fletcher took Sindrey’s phone, and also one belonging to her pal Kelly Blackwell, after a state of drug-induced paranoia made him believe Sindrey may have been cheating on him, Prosecutor Christine Agnew QC told jurors. Both women blamed each other for the tragic death of Mr Fletcher when questioned by cops.Blackwell’s four children – all younger than five-years-old – were also in the flat as the stabbing unfolded.Prosecutor Agnew had previously said Sindrey first met Mr Fletcher during a release scheme from jail. She said: “It's clear the relationship was volatile.

They argued on a regular basis and sometimes that spilled over into violence from both sides.”Cops said both Blackwell and Sindrey were “hysterical” and that Sindrey was “kicking out and thrashing”.Miss Blackwell, from Southend, was involved in the argument but cleared of murder and will be released immediately, a police statement said.Mr Fletcher’s “heartbroken” family said: “On the fateful night that his life ended, it destroyed so many other lives as well.“Dod was a big part of everyone's life.

He was loved deeply by our family. He was a son, brother and father.“His death has left us broken.”Stay in the loop with all the latest news from the Daily Star by signing up for one of our free newsletters here.Top cop Julie Gowen,.
