A probe has been launched after an angry mum shared a picture of bus passengers "packed like sardines" in Leicester after schools reopened.
The image shows groups of youngsters standing next to each other and children seated on the single-decker Arriva service. The mum, who gave her name as Elaine, said her 17-year-old daughter sent her the photograph yesterday, Leicestershire Live reports.
Elaine fumed: “My daughter gets the X84 from Narborough to get to Lutterworth. “She gets the bus at about 7.14am to get to college for about 8am. “She sent me the picture from yesterday and I tried to contact Arriva about it as the children are just too close together. “I was 73 in the telephone queue so I gave up.
