Sleep experts at Mattress Online conducted a study that discovered that over half of Brits (51 per cent) prefer to sleep apart from their partners so they can sleep better.
Wales Online reported that the survey shows six main factors that are likely to make couples sleep separately. The six factors revealed in the study are: It appears that not getting a good night's sleep is a key factor in whether couples are likely to sleep in the same bed or not.
