McDonald’s long-running Monopoly game is back again for 2022 from Wednesday September 7, with £100,000 in cash to giveaway, along with holidays, cars and game consoles.Based on the classic popular board game, the US fast food giant has been running the promotion since 2005.Whether you love a McFlurry on the go, make it your mission to try something new off the menu with every visit or just have an addiction to fries under the golden arches, a snack or a meal at McDonald's this autumn could come with rich rewards.Simply peel off the game pieces from selected menu items and customers can instantly win free food prizes.Bigger prizes are available by collecting property pieces of the same colour via the McDonald’s App.And this year, a new feature gives competition players the opportunity to snare a “digital peel” and another chance to win.Some peel-offs will reveal an instant prize win, which can be redeemed immediately.Others will be a “property” coupon, with diners able to scan the property code in the McDonald’s app.
