Soldiers in Russia’s newly formed Army Corps are 'fighting drunk in Ukraine'

Russia's recently-formed 3rd Army Corps are fighting while drunk, low on morale and armed with obsolete weapons, according to Ukrainian military reports.Vladimir Putin formed the four-month-old unit in June to bolster forces after losing tens of thousands of soldiers due to death or injury since the beginning of the invasion in February.
