Kindergarten teacher Fletcher, the 34-year-old granddaughter of the late businessman, billionaire and philanthropist Joseph Orgill III, was out on a morning jog when camera footage caught the moment that she was bundled into a black SUV, with Tennessee prosecutors stating that they would consider the death penalty if Abston is found guilty.Abston first appeared in Shelby County Juvenile Court at the age of 11 when he was charged with theft of property $500 (£431) or less.As a teenager, he was subsequently convicted for the rape of a man and placed in the custody of Shelby County’s Youth Services Bureau.He then went on to be detained 16 times between 1995 and 2000 for rape, aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon.Abston was also a member of the Lemoyne Gardens Gangstas (LMG) gang.He was released from the youth services bureau into his mother's care in 2000 but, a fortnight later, he was sent to adult court at the age of 16 for.
