A man with a provisional licence was left to walk home in the rain by police after being caught driving his mum's van. Greater Manchester Transport Officers pulled over a white van in Wythenshawe yesterday evening, December 1.
The driver proceeded to tell officers that he was insured on the vehicle. But after completing their checks, it was confirmed the driver only had a provisional license.
