In the run-up to his arrival, Mark has been working hard on his fitness and revealed his amazing achievement on Instagram.The star posted a before and after snap of the results of his new body, as his efforts in the gym have clearly paid off.

Showing off his lean new muscles, Mark smiled as he posed and flexed his biceps for the camera. Wearing a pair of black workout trousers, the new TV star had his muscles on full display.

Mark captioned the post: "I've been nervous about posting this as I'm quite shy. "This is my #transformationtuesday post. Five stone weight loss last year which still shocks me every time I write it," he went on. "Lucky to have a dedicated trainer @deestevens_edge.
