The NFL wants to win over Taylor Swift‘s heart! The football organization asked its networks, NBC, ESPN, Fox and CBS, to show ads for her upcoming Eras Tour concert movie for free, according to a new report from the New York Post.
ESPN and NBC reportedly “acquiesced to the request and showed promos for Swift’s movie” during the content portion of their pregame shows this past Sunday and Monday (October 1 and 2).
ESPN played the promos during Sunday NFL Countdown and Monday NFL Countdown, while ESPN played free spots on Football Night in America, prior to the Kansas City Chiefs-New York Jets game, which she attended.
There was also a Taylor Swift commercial that aired during the game. The ad time was paid for, according to the Post‘s sources.
