Millie won alongside ex-boyfriend Liam Reardon, 23, and went from strength to strength outside of the villa. But the pair shocked fans when they announced they had split in July last year.
Since then the star has been working on herself as she has started going to the gym and having therapy sessions via the counselling directory.
Millie told her 1.9m followers on Instagram: "I had my first session before Christmas and just that one hour opened up so much to me.
