A Place in the Sun’s Laura Hamilton living her best life with some wild afternoon pole dancing in Valencia after split from husband
A Place in the Sun star Laura Hamilton enjoyed a raucous Tuesday afternoon in Spain as she tried out a spot of pole dancing while hanging out with colleagues.Over in Valencia, Spain for more filming on the hit property TV show she fronts, the presenter seemed to well and truly reject the idea of a peaceful Spanish siesta as she clambered up on top of the bar to show off her best moves. The star and the crew were in high spirits as they enjoyed their lunchtime boogey, with 39-year-old Laura sharing a clip of herself dancing energetically away with a crew member pal after the team had donned colourful sombreros during their meal.‘Yep we’ve lost it!’ wrote Laura alongside her upload, adding: ‘The soundman approves “NICE”,’ with a laugh-cry emoji, as his comment and laughter was heard from behind the camera. To much noisy encouragement, Laura was then seen negotiating with the pole on top of the bar, as she leapt onto it before sliding off in giggles. As she was told, ‘Come on, Laura’, the host then swung around again and went for another leap up.To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 videoLaura captioned the video: ‘Today is really getting a little strange,’ before tagging a friend and asking for some pole dancing tips. She had shown off her outfit of a patterned green and white midi-dress with a thigh-high split for the week’s filming on her grid earlier, joking: ‘Prob not the best dress choice in this weather in Spain…‘It’s grey, overcast and blowing a gale…but let’s smile, have fun and be grateful… hopefully going to change someone’s life this week…’This comes shortly after the presenter announced her shock split from husband of 13 years, Alex Goward, in

Bryan Gil may not return to Tottenham this summer after new Valencia development
Tottenham misfit Bryan Gil has been offered the chance to stay in Spain with Valencia next season. And the La Liga club believe next week could be crucial to whether he agrees or not.The Spurs forward is on loan at Valencia for the rest of the campaign in a deal that does not include a purchase option. But they have already enquired about adding an extra year to his loan - and believe he is tempted to take them up on it.Gil did not have a goal or an assist in nine substitute appearances for Spurs this season in the Premier League. But he has started six of 11 games in all competitions for Valencia and is back in form again. That has brought him back to the attention of Spain boss Luis Enrique, who names his squad for this month's friendlies against Albania and Iceland next week. And Valencia believe that if he is included, Gil will see the benefits of staying on with them and playing regular first-team football. The 21-year-old is not currently in Antonio Conte's plans and Spurs will go back into the market for at least one forward in the summer. So another loan could suit all parties as the north London club still view the player as one for the future and are happy to be patient with himGil has four full caps for Spain but has not played for them since their Nations League semi final against Italy last October.Valencia boss Jose Bordalas said this week that Gil "would be welcome to continue" with the club next season, and it is understood an approach has already been made to Spurs. Gil joined Tottenham from Sevilla last summer for a fee of around £25m, with Erik Lamela moving in the opposite direction.

Man Utd flop Bebe turns into prime Cristiano Ronaldo with unbelievable free-kick
Manchester United flop Bebe produced one of the finest moments of his career with a stunning Copa del Rey free-kick on Thursday evening which channelled his inner Cristiano Ronaldo. The 31-year-old, who joined United back in 2010 despite Sir Alex Ferguson having never seen him play, joined Rayo Vallecano for a second time back in 2018.Having scored seven goals last season - he broke his goalless streak after 27 matches this campaign with one of the goals of the season. With the tie sitting in the favour of Real Betis with just 10 minutes remaining of the semi-final second leg, the former Portugal youth international stepped up to take a free-kick from over 35 yards.Bebe put his head down and struck the ball with perfection following a focused run-up, drilling the ball over the wall and past Claudio Bravo on the goalkeeper's side. The forward pointed to the crowd with purpose as he was swamped by his colleagues having made the scoreline 1-0 on the night and 2-2 on aggregate. However, disaster would strike for the away side as Betis found an equaliser through Broja Inglesias - which would see them go through to the final to face Valencia in April.Having joined United from Vitoria de Guimaraes back in 2010, Bebe would only play seven times for the club over the next four years - but did manage two goals. Was Sir Alex too harsh on Bebe? Give us your thoughts in the comments sectionHe told the Mail of the move back in 2015: "It was a shock for me, too."For the week leading up to it, I thought the whole thing was a joke. I thought they were leading me on."Then I realised it was serious.

Woman plunges to her death while practising motorbike stunts on shopping centre roof
motorbike while performing stunts.Maribel Espitia from California, America, was identified by friends as the motorcycle stunt performer who died in Valencia, KHTS AM 1220 reports.Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has yet to officially confirm her identity because they could not reach Espitia's family.Police say Espitia either couldn't break before she crashed into the wall of the Santa Clarita parking lot garage wall or lost control before the horror accident.Mall employees said the garage was a known destination where bikers perform stunts and "donuts".Two men and two women had been performing tricks beforehand with their motorcycles before Espitia's death, with the parking garage floor scuffed with skidmarks.A funeral service is set to be held for Espitia at Infinity of Valencia, where she worked as a receptionist, according to KHTS.Sheriff Sgt. Dave Shoemaker said: "I know friends want to teach people, but if you're that interested, take a professional course."A GoFundMe page was set up by close friend Destiny Gonzalez, who dedicated the page to Espitia, writing: "My best friend Maribel Espitia was in a tragic accident and lost her life."She continued: "Anyone who knew or met Maribel knew that she was an exceptional person who you only meet once in a lifetime."Words itself can't even describe how pure and kind-hearted she was, she left us all way too soon.
