Landlord dumped tenant's belongings including boy's toys on street in illegal eviction

mirror.co.ukA private landlord was fined for illegally evicting his tenant after throwing their belongings out onto the street and changing the locks.
Antanas Klibavicius packed up his tenants’ clothes, bedding, and even his son’s play things before leaving them outside and changing the locks at the property.
The tenant, Antanas Danilevicius, had fallen into rent arrears and got home from work last February to see his belongings including his five-year-old son's toys strewn across the pavement.
Klibavicius, had also packed up a TV, a vacuum cleaner, watch, and collectable coins and put them outside the property in Basford Place, Sheffield, on February 4.
