Labour MSP says next Holyrood election may be by postal vote because of Coronavirus

A Labour MSP has said the Scottish Parliament must consider making the next Holyrood election an all-postal ballot. Daniel Johnson said social distancing would make it “impossible” to hold the election in the usual way.

Nicola Sturgeon today downplayed expectations that a significant loosening of Coronavirus restrictions is imminent.
