Kirsty Gallacher has admitted she was left "skinny and traumatised" by the collapse of her marriage. The telly star, 44, divorced her ruby player husband Paul Sampson, 42, in 2015 after five years of marriage.
They couple were together for 15 years before their split and Kirsty has now opened up about their divorce which left her an "anxious wreck".
Speaking to Dancing on Ice star Graham Bell on Decathlon's new The Power of Ten podcast, Kirsty credited personal trainer Mel Deane will pulling her through the difficult time.
She said: "To be honest, well, that's sort of when I came to meeting Mel [Deane] and probably he saved me in many ways. "I was a skinny, anxious wreck, traumatized because of lots of reasons around the divorce." Kirsty
