Wearing a pair of tight lycra leggings and a sweat-resistant workout top for her latest session, Carol showed off her lean figure as she lifted weights and did cardio at the gym.The star wore her blonde locks in a loose and natural style and concentrated on achieving results on the machines. In one clip, she did lunges and concentrated on toning her arms with hand-held weights, while in another the star did squats.

Carol was getting stuck into her latest training session with her friend and personal trainer Mel Deane, which appeared to include plenty of lengthy as well as sweat-inducing moves. 62-year-old Carol could be seen sporting a black one-piece, with a yellow abstract design on the top, that showed off her curves and toned pins. She kept her blonde tresses loose for the gym visit, which also included time outside in the fresh spring air, while her turquoise trainers completed the look.
