An army of volunteers is working night and day to feed and clothe a neighbourhood devastated by an explosion. Dedicated helpers at Kincaidston Community Pavilion in Ayr – where a blast destroyed four homes on Monday night leaving a family-of-four in hospital – have been working round the clock to provide donations and support to affected tenants.Food, clothes and toiletries have been flooding through the doors for residents who have been unable to get into their homes.Pot noodles and pasta pots have been gifted to the centre for those lodging at the Mercure Hotel to grab and make using the kettles in their rooms.Crates of clothes have been organised into babies, children and adult sizes as volunteers sort through black bags of items.And
